webixsoft.com is the public website of Webix Soft SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”), an independent product studio. It describes our work and lets you contact us about a project. Your use of this website is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

Separate products we operate, such as Whisper, have their own terms on their own domains.

2. Inquiries are not a contract

Sending the contact form or an email is a request to talk, not an order and not an engagement. A paid project starts only when both sides agree in writing (for example a proposal, statement of work, or contract).

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website to:

• Attempt to break, overload, or probe the site or the contact form.
• Submit malware, spam, or content that is unlawful.
• Misrepresent who you are when contacting us.

We may refuse or ignore a submission that appears abusive, and we may block access where needed to protect the site.

4. Content on this site

Text, layout, and brand marks on this website belong to Webix Soft SRL unless stated otherwise. Do not copy them as your own. Project case notes describe work we did; they are not a promise that a future project will look or perform the same.
