This Privacy Policy describes how Webix Soft SRL (“we”, “us”, “our”) processes personal data when you use this website. It is prepared to reflect Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova on personal data protection (GDPR-aligned) and, where applicable, the EU GDPR.

2. Data we collect & process

This site is a studio homepage with a contact form. We process only what we need to run it and to answer you:

• Contact inquiries: name, email, optional company or project name, and the message you send. We receive these by email at info@webixsoft.com.
• Spam protection: Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise runs when you submit the form. Google receives a token and related device/usage signals to score the request. We store the token only long enough to verify the submission.
• Rate limiting: our form handler keeps a short-lived hash of your IP address (not the raw IP) so the same address cannot flood the form.
• Cookies & analytics: optional Google Analytics only after you consent. See our Cookie Policy.
• Hosting / security logs: our hosting provider and, where used, Cloudflare may process IP addresses and request metadata to deliver the site and block abuse.

We do not sell personal data and do not use analytics for advertising profiling.

3. Legal bases (Law No. 195/2024 / GDPR)

• Contract / steps prior to contract — answering a project inquiry you send through the form or by email.
• Consent — optional analytics cookies (Google Analytics). Withdraw anytime via Manage cookies on the Cookie Policy page.
• Legitimate interests — keeping the site stable and blocking spam (reCAPTCHA, rate limiting, infrastructure security). You may object by emailing info@webixsoft.com.
• Legal obligation — where retention or disclosure is required by applicable law.

4. Cookies & similar technologies

Necessary local storage remembers your Accept / Reject choice for analytics. Optional analytics cookies load only after opt-in. reCAPTCHA may set cookies when you use the contact form. Details, cookie lifetimes, and how to change preferences are in the Cookie Policy.

5. Recipients & processors

Providers that help us operate this website (processing only as needed for their role):

• Hosting provider — website hosting and form mail delivery.
• Cloudflare — where used: DNS, DDoS protection, WAF.
• Google — Analytics (only with consent), reCAPTCHA when you submit the form, and web fonts loaded from Google Fonts.

6. International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the Republic of Moldova and/or outside the EEA (commonly including services operated from or with infrastructure in the United States, for example Google).

Where required, we rely on safeguards available under applicable law, such as the provider’s standard contractual clauses or equivalent transfer mechanisms, and we minimize what we share. Transfers related to Google Analytics occur only if you accept analytics cookies.

7. Data retention

• Contact inquiries: kept while useful to handle your request and for ordinary business records. After a verified deletion request, we delete or anonymize the personal data in that inquiry within 30 days, except records we must keep longer for legal, tax, accounting, or dispute purposes.
• Rate-limit hashes: short-lived (minutes), then overwritten or expired by the server.
• Analytics data: according to Google Analytics retention settings and only while consent remains (or until deleted after withdrawal, subject to Google’s systems).

8. Your rights

Under Law No. 195/2024 and GDPR-aligned rules, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or port your personal data, to object to certain processing, and to withdraw consent (for analytics) at any time.

How to exercise rights: email info@webixsoft.com. We aim to respond within one month of receipt. We may need to verify your identity.

You may lodge a complaint with CNPDCP (https://datepersonale.md/) or another competent supervisory authority.

9. Children

This website is not directed at children and is intended for people aged 16 or older. If you believe we have collected a child’s personal data, contact info@webixsoft.com.
